I finally got a promo of this the other day and have been listening to it a lot. Pitchfork likes it too… and they actually made me lol irl for the first time in a long time with this line from the review: “…the gorgeous “Put Me to Sleep”, which seems tailor-made to soundtrack a scene where Carey Mulligan is sad in some major metropolitan city.” Nice job P4K!

Geoff Sanoff recorded Sarah Brightman back in December
Back in December our Geoff Sanoff spent a week recording Sarah Brightman at Stratosphere Sound with producers Mike Hedges and Sally Herbert. Good thing studio assistant Atsuo is good at what he does, because he is a pretty awful photographer! That hazy guy in middle is Geoff.
