Debbi Gibbs managed New Zealand’s finest indie rock export, the Straightjacket Fits, throughout their entire career and was also the longtime US representative for the 140db roster of producers. Debbi collects modern art and enjoys one-click shopping on Amazon.com, her son, coffee and yoga.  Debbi is from New Zealand.

Dan Backhaus (right) has spent the past 14 years working in the marketing departments of Capitol Records & Virgin Records and Caliente Entertainment (management home of Ice-T, Mae, Paul Oakenfold and Madonna), among other places.  His favorite part about managing producers is hearing the records everyone will be talking about in six months as they are being made.  Dan collects Morrissey & Smiths vinyl, plays a lot of  tennis and Swiffers his apartment every morning.  He is from Milwaukee, although he has also called Silver Lake, Uptown and Williamsburg home.
