Geoff Sanoff recorded and mixed the Sheepdogs earlier this year at Stratosphere with Adam Schlesinger producing. Not only did the band go on to win a spot on the cover of Rolling Stone and a contract with Atlantic Records, their EP just hit #1 on the iTunes chart in their native Canada. Wednesday night our Geoff Sanoff recorded Beirut for the inaugural “Inside Session”, sponsored by SonicScoop and Avid. I realize it’s only November 30th, but if Black Friday can now start the Monday before Thanksgiving, then I can do our year end list on the last day of November.
